Aldershot Town have released the following statement in relation to their 2012-13 season ticket prices:
"As a football club we are progressing on and off the pitch. We have established ourselves within the Football League since our promotion in 2008 and have had many memorable occasions to enjoy. We are driven to succeed but also to continue to improve the “match day” experience for you, the supporter. We have a vision to look to the future valuing the fans, involving the fans.
"After taking the time to listen to your views we are delighted to announce our “Early Bird” Season Ticket offer for 2012/13. We are excited about the opportunity this creates for fans, especially the tremendous discounts available especially, in the first instance, to the end of April.
"Interest in the club has steadily grown during the course of the season due to the exposure we received during the Carling Cup run added to breaking further records in our league campaign. We want to continue steady growth throughout next season and beyond and have the ambition to build on the success already created.
"We are therefore pleased to confirm that prices during our “early Bird” promotion are extremely attractive when compared with last year, with some fantastic savings compared to individual match day purchasing.
"Purchasing a Season Ticket guarantees entry for all home league matches in addition to granting priority purchase on all Cup games and “all ticket” away matches. Season ticket holders certainly enjoyed the benefit of "Priority" during our Carling Cup run this season.
"An additional bonus for 2012/13 will be that with every adult Season Ticket purchased you can obtain an additional junior free Season Ticket, subject to the terms and conditions and the specified age restrictions. We are committed to widening the opportunities for our younger supporters and have made great strides in this respect already although there is certainly more to come. "We are also aware of the current economic climate and have arranged payment terms to suit your needs too. There is a variety of ways that you can purchase your Season Ticket including a payment plan that does not attract APR.
