Aldershot Town Football Club have been advised by officials from Morecambe that the clubs League two fixture that is due to take place on Saturday 8th May could be made "all ticket" for Shots supporters.

The fixture - which could well mark Morecambe's final fixture at Christie Park ahead of their move to a new stadium, has already been made all ticket to home supporters due to the high interest in the fixture but due to other factors, such as either club being involved in the play off's, it may be possible that Shots fans will also have to buy a ticket ahead of the match.

With Shots supporters being allocated 981 places for the match, the club may be forced to make it "ticket only" for away fans too, but this is set to be decided in the weeks leading up to the match, depending on the clubs League position.

if The Shots are out of the play off spots, the match will remain "pay on the day" for supporters making the journey.

Supporters are also advised that as it is the last game at the current stadium, a special programme is being produced at a cost of £8.
