Dagenham & Redbridge have swooped to sign defender Magnus Okuonghae from Blue square Premier club Crawley Town on a two-year deal.
Born in Nigeria, Okuonghae started his career with Fulham before making his way through the ranks at Rushden & Diamonds, including a spell as reserve captain.The 6'3" defender started last season with Aldershot Town but moved to St Albans City a month later, playing against the Daggers in the league game in October last year.
He made his Football League debut on the 9th August 2005 at Field Mill in the 1-0 win over Mansfield Town and went on to play 23 times for the Northants Club, scoring once.
This is manager John Still's second summer signing following the capture of Stevenage Borough's John Nurse
