The firm will receive official recognition as the competition sponsor and will benefit from branding and promotion within Hampshire FA publications and communications.

Although no figures have been announced, the Hampshire FA have stated that the funds raised through the deal will enable them to further invest in the grassroots level and assist in the delivery of its four year strategic plan which is linked to the FA's National Game strategy.

Speaking to the Hampshire FA's official website, Neil Cassar the Hampshire FA's Chief Executive said, 'I am delighted that we will be teaming up with Tenon this season and hopefully beyond.

'Tenon boast an excellent business reputation nationally and I'm sure that this partnership will offer many new opportunities for both organisations in the future.'

Jennie Beaton, Marketing Manager of Tenon said, 'Tenon are always delighted to support local organisations and the Hampshire FA are an ideal partner.

'As supporters of the Hampshire Senior Cup, Tenon wish all competing clubs the best of luck.'

Tuesday evening saw this season's competition having all but one of the remaining Round Two fixtures take place when Farnborough North End lost 2-4 at home to Blackfield & Langley, VT beat Havant & Waterlooville 5-2 while Christchurch lost at home 0-1 against Totton & Elding.

Fleet Town face Fareham Town in the only outstanding match which is due to take place on Tuesday 21st October.

Don't forget to tune into the live Round Three draw via the BBC Radio Solent website this coming Saturday. The draw is due to take place at 6.15pm.
