Members will have already received their party invites and should let Vivian Able know if they will be attending - and if they are bringing any guests, before Wednesday 7th December 2005.
The party is free for members but guests can be brought along for £2.50 each.
Terry Brown and the players have been invited to attend at the start of the evening where it is hoped those able to attend will chat to supporters and sign autographs.
The disco is set to finish at 8.30pm and parents are welcome to stay on - and the bar will be open.
