The commercial strength of the club will be critical in ensuring that the promotion status can be maintained once it has been secured; and this factor was the driving force behind Bob's appointment.

Bob brings a substantial amount of commercial experience with him, having worked in a number of senior sales and marketing positions for several blue-chip organisations over the past 25 years.
Bob's appointment has been made possible as a result of the sponsorship agreement that was signed with ezylet.co.uk earlier this year. The team's promotion campaign was given a much needed boost when the Aldershot based company, an innovative new website dedicated entirely to lettings, confirmed its decision to sponsor to the club from both a financial and a management perspective. A critical aspect of the sponsorship agreement was that ezylet.co.uk would be expected to provide senior executive support to the club. Bob - sales director for ezylet.co.uk - was subsequently nominated for the position of CEO, which was confirmed by the Aldershot Town FC Board of Directors.
Paul Foy, Chairman for ezylet.co.uk, will also be heavily involved with the business direction of the football club as part of his position as full Director of Aldershot Town F.C.(1992) Ltd.
