Under recently changed company law, there is no longer a requirement to hold an Annual Shareholders Meeting but in a letter from current Shots Chairman John McGinty, he has signalled the clubs intention to continue this practice as the club bid to continue their "open" policy that the club was built upon.
With rumours of massive debts, take-over and Board level unrest, users on Shots Talk had been expressing concern over the lack of information being communicated by the club in recent months and it is hoped that several un-answered questions may be set straight following the meeting.
The AGM takes place at 8pm in the EBB Lounge and as expected, is open to shareholders only.
