On Tuesday, 18th November, Gary Waddock's Aldershot Town will make the short trip to Ryman League Division One South side Godalming Town for the Paul (Paddy) Hampshire testimonial match.
Hampshire, a former player for both clubs, has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
He made a number of appearances for Aldershot in the early 1980s and scored on his debut against Stockport County.
He joined Godalming in time for the club's Combined Counties double-winning season in 1983/84 and eventually scored an amazing 123 goals in 124 games. He remains the club's second highest goalscorer.
Aldershot, currently enjoying their first season back in the Football League, will be strong opponents for Chuck Martini's Godalming side.
Kick-off is at 7.30pm and adult tickets will be £5, concessions will be available for £3.
Godalming play at Wey Court, Meadrow, Godalming, GU7 3JE. There is no parking at the ground but supporters should use the adjacent public car park or the surrounding streets.
