Eagle Radio`s Managing Director, Paul Marcus told the clubs official website www.theshots.co.uk: "Just like many Shots supporters I would like to see the club move forward and with the agreement we have, Eagle Radio will be able to work much closer with the club, giving access not only to our listeners but also to the many community relationships the Radio Station enjoys."
Meanwhile Programming Director and breakfast show host Peter Gordon, who was a founder shareholder in the new club urged other businesses to get involved saying: "Knowing what it`s like to lose our region`s only League side, now seems like a great time for Eagle Radio to get behind Gary and the team.
"The Club needs support from the business community, whether it`s through sponsoring a player, corporate Hospitality or backing the player share scheme."
Shots Press Officer Nick Fryer is excited about the partnership and will be revealing further details shortly including information about ticket sales for the match on Saturday 12th September. He added: "This is fantastic news for the Football Club. We are always looking to build strong relationships with the press and media, we would like to thank Eagle Radio for their support of this and other initiatives."
General Manager Richard Petty said: " I am absolutely thrilled to be involved in this new media partnership. Eagle Radio is a young exciting radio station that knows how to connect with the local community and as better involvement with the community is one the main aims of the Football Club this season it is the perfect partnership for us."
