Dean Holdsworth spoke to BBC Radio Surrey after Saturdays 1-1 draw against Northampton Town and was full of praise for his players and the clubs supporters after an exciting match at Sixfields.
He said: "A thoroughly deserved point. I think we deserved more than that today and I said to the players that their efforts and their ability was fantastic and I was really pleased with that.
"I think a neutral watching this game would say Aldershot are a good side, we're a passing side moving the ball well. We can get better, we can improve. Today is our best performance I've had since I've been at this football club."
