With a 2-0 victory against Brentford and a 2-2 draw against QPR already under their belts, the Reserves have got off to a confident start and both Gary Waddock and Martin Khul will be looking for their side to continue that form against a Millwall side, who are set to feature no fewer than fourteen of their sixteen-man-squad who are aged 17 or under.
Speaking to The Shots on Monday morning, Shots boss Gary Waddock said, "Once again we will have to wait and see who we've got available for the match and what sort of team we put out.
"Of course we'll be looking to play our strongest side, but we picked up one or two injuries at the weekend so we'll be waiting to hear about them before making any decisions.
"We've got a small squad and we'll have to weigh up who we take to the match and who we leave behind as there's another tough match coming up at the weekend [against Port Vale]."
Although The Shots have already played two fixtures so far, the match heralds the Lions opening match and with The Shots currently heading the table on four points, it will undoubtedly be another tough test for both sides.
