Shots Girls To Gain Representative Honours

Amy HubbortThe club would like to congratulate four members of the Aldershot Town Ladies & Girls Youth team who have been selected for the North Hampshire Youth League Representative Side who are set to face the Berks & Bucks Representative Side this coming Wednesday (2nd March 2011).

The girls have put in some strong performances this season and it’s a well deserved call up for all four girls involved as they will gain some valuable experiences from the fixture, which in turn will benefit their section in future games.

Amy Hubbort (pictured above) is a player who has scored goals this season and hasn’t looked out of place when she has stepped up to the Ladies side for a number of their friendlies this season while Jasmine Latter and Ellie Coshall have forged a solid partnership in the midfield and have chipped in with more valuable goals. Ellie has also represented the Ladies this season in their fixtures against Leicester City and RAF Odiham.

Katia Brown has produced a number of good displays this season and was also involved in the RAF Odiham friendly which ended in a 2-2 draw.

The game will be played at AFC Aldermaston’s home ground at the AWE, Aldermaston, Reading Road, West Berkshire RG7 4PR and kick off is at 7.30pm.
