Manager Bond expects Gillingham, who were relegated from League One with Cherries, to be difficult opponents on August 9.
He said, "Gillingham came down with us and will certainly be wanting to bounce straight back.
"I expect them to be a strong outfit and that will be a big test for us and a good test for the first game of the season."
Bond is also looking forward to facing Aldershot on their return to the Football League.
"It will be a decent crowd there for their first home game back in the league and it will be a tough game for us," he told the Daily Echo.
"They'll be wanting to make a mark in the league and they'll be buoyed by what's happened to them. I think they'll come into the season very much on a high."
Bond added, "Results breed confidence so everybody will be looking to get a good start and we're no different."
