ASSISTANT boss Paul Raynor insists Crawley should be confident of joining Eastbourne Borough and Horsham into the FA Cup first round proper.
Reds face a fourth qualifying replay at Aldershot on Tuesday following a 1-1 draw at Broadfield Stadium.
New loan signing Mustapha Carayol scored on his debut on the half-hour before former Reds loanee Jonny Dixon equalised for Shots early in the second half.
Crawley beat Aldershot 1-0 earlier in the season after playing for 20 minutes with ten men.
Raynor said: "We are still in the hat and are certainly not writing off our chances of going to Aldershot and winning.
"We did it earlier in the season with ten men, so we are not despondent about going there and getting a result.
"They are a good side but we created chances and on another day we could have nicked a late winner.
"We matched one of the best teams in our division and we are still in there fighting. We will go there hoping and expecting to do very well."
Raynor and Crawley manager Steve Evans have been told they will not face disciplinary action from the Football Association after they were both sent from the dug-out during last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Stafford.
