York City top scorer Clayton Donaldson who scoed his 15th goal of the season last Saturday has reportedly turned down a new contract offer with his current employers.
Minstermen boss Billy McEwan told his clubs official website, "He's been offered a new contract and has turned it down so we will have to wait and see on that."
22-year-old Donaldson's contract is due to expire in the summer and it is as yet unclear, whether he is willing to negotiate with York over a new deal.
