The points have been docked after the Red Devils were charged with bringing the Blue Square League into disrepute.
The charge is a result of financial irregularities at the Blue Square Premier club, despite the club declaring they were debt free on Sunday.
The Broadfield Stadium side had gone into administration a year ago with debts in the region of £1.4m.
The club has also been hit by a £10,000 suspended fine and a transfer embargo which will remain in place until confirmation of their Company Voluntary arrangement payment has been received.
The Red Devils currently only have five players who are eligible to feature in the opening match of the season on Saturday afternoon.
