Former Shot Nick Crittenden, 28, and Robinson, 21, is joined on the payroll by Portuguese midfielder Sido Jombarti, who featured for Weymouth's reserves last season.
Meanwhile, Swindon youth products Scott Doe and Jonathan Stewart have both signed for the Terras after their contracts at the County Ground were not renewed.
Versatile defender Doe, 19, and promising goalkeeper Stewart, 18, have penned 12-month contracts and will move to Wessex Stadium on July 1 when their current contracts with the Robins expire.
Weymouth player-coach Jason Tindall told the Dorset Echo: "Jonathan is a goalkeeper about six-feet-four-inches tall and David James-like, and every time I have seen him play he has been outstanding.
"He has a very good presence about him and I think he will be a very good signing.
"The other lad is a really good defender who has also got a very good future ahead of him."
