Boston United are set for crunch talks with Standing Alone Limited, The Football League, The FA and The Conference to discuss the club's future.
The meeting will represent the first time the five parties have met and will hopefully be the starting point of a new future for United. With the club providing details of their CVA, Conference chief John Moules should then be able to rubber stamp next seasons place in the newly named Blue Square Premier League.
Current United chairman Jim Rodwell highlighted the importance of the talks whilst remaining confident on their outcome.
"These talks are crucial to the takeover," he told the Lincolnshire Echo. "It's the first time the five parties will have sat in a room together and a number of issues should become a lot clearer following it.
"Standing Alone want a few things clearing up, like what league the team will be in next season. Likewise, the Conference want some guarantees from us, too.
"I've had a very positive chat with John Moules, so I am confident we will be able to compete in the Blue Square Premier next season."
