Fifteen-goal striker Sills didn't move for some time and needed treatment from Gulls physio Damien Davey and club doctor Andy Ryan after taking a kick in the chest at Plainmoor. The former Aldershot, Oxford and Hereford forward was eventually helped off the pitch and he was still walking gingerly as he headed home after United's eleventh home league win of the season, clinched by young loan defender Mark Ellis' 45th minute goal.
But Sills said: "My ribs are sore, so the armchair is going to get a bit of stick at home over the weekend.
"But I should be OK for Weymouth. I've got time to rest."
United manager Paul Buckle said: "I thought Tim Sills was magnificent" after a win which keeps the Gulls within six points of leaders Aldershot, still with two games in hand.
