Boro Manager Mark Stimson has secured the services of the youngster on a two-year contract making it seven new summer signings at Broadhall Way.
"I am here to learn, and I have heard that Mark Stimson is the ideal man to learn under," Anderson told the club's official website.
"I know there are lots of talented strikers at the club, so I will have to be patient and wait for my chance.
"I have only been here a few weeks but the whole set-up is excellent and I am looking forward to making an impression."
