Southend and Bristol Rovers have both been linked to the forward but Bond is keen for a deal to take place that benefits both parties.
He told the Bournemouth Daily Echo: "I have known all along of Jo's desire to play as high as he can but desire was all it had been until now. Things have changed somewhat because the transfer window is closing in less than a fortnight and he probably wants to see if there is anybody out there who would be interested in taking him.
"He has told me that he definitely wants to consider getting somewhere else if he can and, as I've stated on many occasions, I would never want to keep a player against their wishes.
"Having said that though, it would need to be right for us as well so we would have to think about how much somebody might offer for him and also about replacing him."
Meanwhile the club have signed yong Charlton Athletic winger Scott Wagstaff on a month's loan.
The 18-year-old, who made his senior Addicks debut last season, trained with the Cherries on Monday and could feature against Exeter on Saturday.
Wagstaff told the Charlton website, "I want to get some first-team experience and play some games.
"Alan Pardew spoke to me about the move and said he wanted me to go out and see what league football is all about.
He added, "If I'm playing it will change me game as it's a different type of football."
Bournemouth boss Kevin Bond told the Daily Echo, "He's quick and works hard so we will have a look at him, initially for a month."
