Brown Wishes Stevenage Match Was A Week Later

Terry Brown has told the clubs official website, www.theshots.co.uk that Stevenage hero George Boyd, who is due to leave the Hertfordshire club next week for League football with Peterborough United, was the difference between the two sides.

Speaking after The Shots 3-2 defeat, he said, "We could have done with playing them a week later. Stevenage deserved the win and Boydy was the star of the show.

"In the second half they got plenty of crosses in but if I am being honest I didn't think that we won enough bog basic headers in the box. We never got to grips with Steve Morison or, indeed, Boyd."
