He told the site, "Gary is a guy that has plenty of back bone and a great determination. He is working hard to recruit the squad for next season.
"The Board of Directors have been thorough with establishing a realistic budget for the 2007/08 season and Gary will work within that budget.
"Clubs at this level cannot keep over spending and hoping that they will win something because they can't all win everything.
"There is some heavy money being branded about but it is essential that we work within our structure and Gary is happy with the budget that he has been set".
