Speaking to the official site he said, "I have stated clearly that I want at least four meetings between the manager, the directors and anybody who wishes to come here and be constructive, criticise them but above all, theres some people out there who may come out with a damn good idea or a name that someone hasn't heard of, of a player that we can get. Come on in, be a part of us, we will welcome you."
