The popular forward is returning on a "long term" loan deal which will keep him at the club until the end of the season - and will be sure to make Shots supporters smile after recent on-the-pitch performances.
Dixon first joined the Shots on loan for three months during the 2004/05 season making 12 appearences, scoring 9 goals before being recalled by Wanderers manager, John Gorman. He then penned a new contract but appeared to see out the remainder of the season sitting on the bench and making bit-part appearences.
Terry Brown has been chasing the player ever since - and looks to have secured his services - although probably only until the final game with Gorman telling the official Wycombe site, "At this stage of his career Jonny needs to be playing regular football and he'll get that with Aldershot. They've always been keen on him but we'll be keeping tabs on him during his time there".
