"I have worked really hard in training and for the reserves and feel confident that I could step up if I needed to.
“When I originally joined Aldershot it was on the coaching side, then after Richard Barnard's departure I signed up. I'm really pleased that Terry has seen enough in me to keep me on.
“I'm not exactly challenging for the jersey so to speak, Terry knows he's got the best keeper in the League. There's still things that I can help Bully with, we get on well and there's things that I have still got to learn and I'm really looking forward to the season.
“It works for everyone, Bully gets someone who will push him in training and Terry is confident that I can do a job without having to pay out massive wages.
“Terry needs to concentrate on getting someone in to score the goals, he's got someone who will save them.”
