Grant Hoping To Extend Contract

The Aldershot News has reported that the former Halifax striker has attracted attention from a host of Football league clubs, including Brentford after enjoying a fine year up front for Terry Brown's men.

And while his contract expires at the end of the campaign, he told the News he hopes to agree a new deal as soon as possible.

"I want to stay at the club 100%" he said. "The fans and everyone at Aldershot have been great to me and if I was to leave it wouldn't be anything to do with me. I am sure we will sort out a new contract soon".
