John Ends Campaign On A High

Striker John Grant ended his 2006/07 campaign on a high over the weekend.

The club top scorer and Player of the Season for last season made his fourth appearance for England National Game XI (England C) in a 1-0 success against Finland U21's in Valkeakoski.

Stevenage Borough's Mitchell Cole continued to make a name for himself by scoring the only goal of the game in the 72nd minute.

It capped off a memorable month for manager Paul Fairclough's side who also lifted the Four Nations Tournament Trophy in Scotland the previous week.
