Shots defender Darren Jones scooped the Supporters Trust Player of the Season award alongside the Players' Player of the Year award on Saturday.
Speaking about the player, manager Dean Holdsworth said: "From the moment I came into the club Darren lost a lot of weight and we spoke about the professional side of the game. He has been as solid as a rock for us and is a worth winner of the award".
Jones added: "It is an honour to receive the awards. There are 11 players on the pitch at any time and everybody deserves credit.
"Compared to other clubs in the league we have done remarkably well. We have had a superb Carling Cup run and have only just missed out on the play offs.
"It is enjoyable playing here and our training is very enjoyable but we work hard for each other and I think, especially in the second half of the season, it has showed on the pitch."
