Shots coach Martin Kuhl, has spoken to the clubs official website and said that he will be seeking his players to dig deep this weekend and prove their worth as they take on League One side Blackpool in the Third Round of the FA Cup.

Kuhl told www.theshots.co.uk, "We need a performance on Saturday. We will be looking to play positive football because it is the kind of match that if you play negatively you could end up getting spanked because Blackpool will be full of confidence.

"We have experienced Football League players who should be thrilled to bits to be playing in this match. Not so long ago Blackpool were struggling but they have turned it around because they have belief.

"We have boys that we believe should be playing in the Football League and some others think that they should still be there. This is their opportunity to go onto the pitch and prove it. This is the big round with the big boys. Our priority at the moment is to get the boys fired up for Saturday and get a result and go from there."
