The second leg will take place three days later on Thursday May 5 (ko 7.45pm) with the teams finishing second and third hosting.
Dates and even venue for the final are still unresolved, however. It will either take place on Saturday May 14 or Sunday May 15 and will go ahead once again at the Britannia Stadium, Stoke — unless Stoke City find themselves involved in the Championship Play-Off's.
