Management Team Leave For Wycombe

Gary Waddock and Martin Kuhl have dramatically left the EBB Stadium to take up a new challenge with League One strugglers, Wycombe Wanderers.

The shock news hit the streets yesterday morning as news was leaked out from the club, but nothing official appeared until around 7.30pm when the clubs official site broke the news after several hours of Sky Sports News reporting that their "contacts" had informed them that Waddock would start the role the following day.

Speaking to the clubs official site, Waddock described the decision as the hardest one that he had ever had to make.

The news was met with mixed reaction from Aldershot supporters on the Shotsweb messageboard - with many angry that he had gone, especially to a club in Wycombe's position.

With Waddock stating that he "likes a challenge", he may well end up getting just that and with a "rolling contract" the chips are high - especially with the Chairboys track-record of mangement merry-go-round.
