Originally on loan last season, he played fourteen times and scored three goals however the 20-year old found himself back at the North Hampshire side and has been training with the first squad and has made two reserve team appearances.
It is well known that Gary Waddock likes working with exciting young players and with Joel also representing the Jamaica Under 20's side, he has just that.
Speaking to the official website, Waddock said, "Joel has been training with us and has impressed me. He is a good addition to the squad and another player that we have who possesses quality.
"I am pleased to have him on board and look forward to continue working with him".
