The report states that, "Cambridge United boss Rob Newman has revealed he is keen to sign strikers Matt Nolan and Folawiyo Onibuje, who were both released by Peterborough.
"Nolan, 22 - also a target for Aldershot - and Onibuje, 21, both scored in a friendly against Nottingham Forest.
Newman told the Cambridge website: "If you ask the defence they'll tell you that with two players like that the ball isn't coming back all the time.
"So it's good, but not until you get them signed on the dotted line."
Obviously, Terry has made no secret that he is after strikers and he will be looking at several at this stage of the pre-season - however the name is not one that has been linked with anything official.
