Scottish central defender Paul Watson who has recently been on trial with The Shots is set to see if he can also impress bosses at League One side Peterborough United when he starts a week-long trial next week.

The Ipswich Town academy player, who has also been scouted by Hibernian, turned out for The Shots Reserves last week during the 4-1 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion and was joined by his midfield team mate, Ed Upson.

Upson has been told that he can leave the Blues at the end of the season and as well as trying to impress Shots boss Gary Waddock, has also been trialing at Southend United and Leyton Orient.
