In the interview, Brown told the site "Brian has done such a fantastic job for us. He came originally on a short term arrangement but stayed to play ten matches in a Shots shirt and he is such a gifted footballer. Provided you have some players with legs around him he would do a superb job for anybody".
He went on to explain that the the 37-year old wanted to continue his playing career and following the recent signing of Ryan Williams the Shots finances could not afford to keep them both.
Tinnion joined the club on a short term basis and has agreed to make himself available - if needed - until he finds himself a new club.
