Two Sign On Deadline Day

Shots manager Terry Brown has added two more players to his squad with 19 year old striker Joel Grant from Watford and 21 year old midfielder Ben Harding from MK Dons both joining on four month contracts.

Speaking to the clubs official website www.theshots.co.uk Brown said, "I think that there is every likelihood that Watford would have kept Joel if they had remained in the Championship. He is a young Jamiacan Under 21 International who will add pace, strength and firepower to what is already an exciting striking force.

"We learnt last year that we didn't have enough players up front so we are showing people that we are out to win things this season and we will sign quality players if they become available".

Speaking about the former England youth player Harding, Brown continued that he has featured in over fifty appearances for the MK Dons and said, "He is a very skillful attack minded central midfielder who has two good feet and a decent shot on him and I am hoping for some goals from him too".
