Terry Brown will be taking the squad to the re-named Kit Kat Crescent this weekend and will desperate for all three points as the Shots face York City on Sunday - 6th February 2005.
Following last Sundays 2-0 home defeat against promotion rivals Hereford United, Terry Brown had no complaints as he saw his team more than match the strong Herefordshire outfit in all but their attacking prowess
York on the other hand are struggling at the opposite end of the table. Results haven't been going well for the northern club who were relegated from the Football League last season and the Shots have already chalked up a comfortable 2-0 victory against them during the first match of the season.
That said, the match will be far from a formality. York have recently sorted some of their off-the-field problems and will be looking to secure their Conference status and will be just as desperate for the points as Terry Browns side.
Another result that both sets of supporters will be keeping an eye open for will be the match on Saturday between Dagenham & Redbridge vs Farnborough Town. A Daggers victory – which seems the most likely, will see the Shots slip down to 5th spot whilst a Boro victory will see our local rivals move to within 3 points of York and increasing the possibility of them being dragged into a relegation fight.
Injury worries have continued for Terry Brown with defender Brett Johnson being another to be added to the sick list following his back injury last Sunday.
