The ex-Wales under-21 international agreed a one-year contract with the Reds after impressing boss Peter Nicholas on trial at Stebonheath.
Pritchard (pictured) featured in the games against Swansea City and Havant & Waterlooville and Nicholas said: "I'm delighted to have signed an extremely talented player, who should do very well at this level."
Pritchard is 21 and has also spent some time at Merthyr Tydfil before his release from the Swans. He is a quick striker with a good eye for goal but certainly has big boots to fill since Jacob Mingorance's departure. His style of play will certainly complement leading striker Rhys Griffiths, so it will be interesting to see how the Cardiff-born hitman does in Wales' top flight.
Pritchard will not be joined by Spanish striker Kiko though, as he has decided to return to the Balearics after failing to agree terms with the club.
The Reds felt that they made him a good offer but the Spaniard wanted a better deal, like his compatriot Mingorance, who left the club last month
