Dean Holdsworth spoke to BBC Radio Surrey following his sides 2-2 draw at Adams Park on Saturday and he said: "Give my lads credit, they've shown the same character we've shown before and got at least what we deserved from the game.
"If we weren't creating chances or we weren't playing in a manner that I've asked them to play then I might be worried or frustrated, but I'm not.
"When you look in our dressing room and you see all that ability, the reason I get disappointed is I believe there is more in the players."

Meanwhile the Buckingham Examiner spoke to Wycombe Wanderers boss Gary Waddock who said: “First half we didn’t perform at all, and credit Aldershot for how they set their pattern of play up.
“We couldn’t have played any worse to be honest. Whatever response [to the half time team talk] was going to be a positive one because the performance wasn’t great first half. It was a good job they scored just before half time because the team talk would have been slightly different.
“A lot was said at half time and we got the reaction we wanted. We need to be able to make this place a fortress and make sure we stamp our authority on teams early on in the first half. This is our ground, this is our patch. First half we weren’t able to do that.
“When we were on top in the second half we had a few opportunities where we could have put the game to bed.
“Aldershot played extremely well in the first half but you saw a little bit more from us in the second half.
“We had chances and we didn’t hit the target when we should have done. In good positions, when you are on top you have to take those chances.
“We stuck another point onto the total but we wanted three. We didn’t get the result we wanted today.”
Wycombe Wanderers supporters had this to say on the Gas Room forum:
“First half we were really poor and lucky to go in level at half time. Second half we dominated for 15-20 minutes and Betsy, Strevens and Beavon should’ve scored. Whilst I think Foster is playing well at left back, he backed off far too much against McGlashan but to be fair had little support on the side against the threat. There’s just no balance and it really doesn’t work having Strevens on the left.
Second half Waddock reacted far too late with his subs, Rendell should’ve come off earlier and Ainsworth should’ve been brought on regardless of whether we scored or not. Beavon is a constant threat and really should have scored after a delightful turn, he just needs to start scoring a few more.
For the first time this season I thought Bull did not have the best game. Needs to be more commanding in box and come for crosses to take pressure off the defence. Thought LJ played ok but looked as though he lacked match fitness and a bit of confidence but can't blame him as he has been constantly overlooked until today.” – Chairboys17
“Why does he wait so long to make a sub? It looked as though Ainsworth was about to come on at a reasonable time, but then Waddock sent him back to the bench and waited about 15 minutes until they scored until he brought him on. It was clear as day that Aldershot were getting more and more attacking joy as the second half progressed and we needed a change. Rendell offered nothing, so why was he on until so late? Why wasn't Pittman on earlier? I'm starting to lose my patience with Waddock; Aldershot were there for the taking today - their defence in the second-half were all over the place. The first half was complete shite, but for the majority of the second half we were very good and created numerous chances, we just can't kill teams off. Sort it out Waddock, we are getting fed up.” – Chairboy
Shots Talk users had this to say:
“A good point I would say well done you SHOTS” – Shot In Devon
“2-2 after being behind, under new management, away, to a club in the promotion chase, thank heavens for small mercies!
We were in the promotion chase this time last season.” – Shotsville
“Full credit to Deano for his substitutions today. Betsy was having it too easy second half and Straker did well when he came on and closed down that avenue. I also thought that Luke Medley did well in taking over from Sills. He kept their back line busy and was involved in out equaliser. Also good to see John Halls last 90 minutes. All in all a good result. Yes another draw, but hey they are in the top three and now to look forward to Tuesday and Turkey.” – Jimmy Giles Fan Club
“Good game played on an awful pitch. Just a shame we couldn't taken all 3 points away from that horrible club” – Lost Shot
