Aldershot Town Supporters Trust Vice Chairman & Treasurer Ian Goodwight has gained the thanks of the Mayor of Rushmoor, Alex Crawford, for his help in Sunday’s half time Bucket Collection during the first ever Mayor of Rushmoor Charity Shield that took place at the Rushmoor Community Stadium between Farnborough and Aldershot Town.
Speaking about the match (which The Shots won 4-0), Mayor Crawford included his thanks to both Ian Goodwright and John Nash (of the Farnborough Supporters Trust) who collected fans donations, raising £193.50 for the Mayors charities.
