What is 'Cash for Shots'?

Aldershot Town Supporters Club are pleased to announce the launch of 'Cash for Shots', a weekly prize draw to raise money

for specific Aldershot Town FC projects.

For the cost of £1 per week, members of the scheme will be entered into a weekly draw for a cash prize, with bonus draws held every 6 months. The size of the prizes will depend on the number joining the scheme. We very much hope the scheme will have as many participants as possible.

When will 'Cash for Shots' start?

We intend to have the first weekly draw on Tuesday 1st May 2007. Draws will then be held every Tuesday, with bonus draws held on the first Tuesday of October and April each year. Prize winners will be announced on www.theshots.co.uk and in Matchday Programmes.

How can I join?

Payment can be made quarterly, half-yearly or annually, using the form below. Our preferred payment method would be by Standing Order, but we will be happy to accept cheques, or cash. Cash should only be paid directly to the Football Club's main office. Payments by cheque or cash should be for £52 to cover the full year and ease administration.

In order to allow time for processing, we need to receive application forms at least 3 weeks before the applicants first draw.

Therefore, to be entered into the first draw, we will need to receive application forms by Tuesday 10th April 2007. Forms received after this date will be entered into the first draw of the following month. All members will be entered into the number of weekly and bonus draws for which they have subscribed.

What will happen to the money raised?

All subscriptions to the scheme will be held in the Aldershot Town Supporters Club bank accounts. Prize money will be paid to the winner by Aldershot Town Supporters Club cheque, and profits will be passed to the Football Club to be spent on projects agreed with the Supporters Club Committee. Whenever a payment is made to the Football Club, we will announce how much has been donated and the project it is being used for.

Who is the scheme open to?

We obviously hope that 'Cash for Shots' will appeal to all supporters of Aldershot Town Football Club. However, we would like supporters to encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join the scheme. The more members we get, the bigger the prizes and the more money we will raise to help Aldershot Town Football Club.
