Welsh Shots Picked For The Four Nations Tournament

Shots Darren Barnard and Chris Giles are two of just six Conference based players who have been named to represent the Wales in the Tournament which is being held at the end of the month.

Barnard who has played for the full Welsh side 22 times, won his last cap as recently as just over a year ago against Norway. This will be his first outing in the semi-professional set up as Andy Beattie's men look to defend their title in Ireland.

The full squad lines up like this:

Goalkeepers: Tony Pennock (Carmarthen Town), Tony Roberts (Dagenham & Redbridge)

Defenders: Damon Searle (Forest Green Rovers), Steve Evans (TNS), Darren Barnard (Aldershot Town), Darren Jones (Newport County), Chris Todd (Exeter City), Matthew Coupe (Bath City).

Midfielders: Nathan Davies (Newport County), Owain Jones (Bangor), Chris Giles (Aldershot Town), Gethin Jones, Chris Holloway (both Merthyr Tydfil)

Forwards: Marc Lloyd-Williams (TNS), Graham Evans (Caersws), Chris Moore (Dagenham & Redbridge).
